"Join me on this year's Spiritual Pilgrimage.
Haridwar ~ Rishikesh.
I have carefully curated and will host this Spiritual Pilgrimage to Temples in Haridwar to Rishikesh, in Northern India - this is a spiritual pilgrimage encompassing Sacred temples, Aarti, Rituals , Havan Sacred fire ceremony , visiting Beatles ashram, walking the banks of the Ganga, taking a dip if you feel, driving into the forest to temples, climbing to temples, sitting within these spaces when allowed to meditate or allow it to unfold to you as it does.
Please arrive with openness and fluidity. The Journey into the temples and these amazing Holy Towns is a personal journey.
With this experience, you can connect to the teachings, rituals, and your experiences, sometimes not—this is all personal experience. So, there are no expectations either way.
This tour is most suited for those who have a curious nature of rituals, temples, the Deities, Gods, and Goddesses who reside within the temples. We will meditate and do yoga, this will be simple shorter practice.
This is a beautiful way to melt, inspire, and sink into the Divine North."

Some days we will meditate and do yoga, this will be simple practice.
We will be in Haridwar for the very holy Diwali festival. The auspicious Hindhu festival of lights is particularly associated with the goddess Lakshmi.
It is important to note that Haridwar and Rishikesh are cities of extreme cultural and religious significance-both are situated on the banks of the Ganga. Given the proximity of the Holy Ganga - strict guidelines around food and alcohol are in place. Diet is strictly vegetarian and no alcohol is able to be purchased or consumed at these locations.
This is a tour that includes movement and travel. It is not a fitness retreat - however a certain level of fitness is required. There will be ascents and descents to and from temples and at times the surfaces that you climb will be undulated-this may at times be relevant to the "flat" ground. There is a lot of walking.
There is noise, a lot of people at times, visual stimuli and smells. If you are sensitive to sensory overload this tour could be challenging. Given the sensory stimulus, it is very rewarding, but at times it can be a lot. You must be aware of this to take part in the tour. The days are full and busy.
Given the nature of the tour - spaces are limited at 12 guests. It is a very intimate tour. You are supported throughout the tour by Amy, and in Haridwar and Rishikesh - you have the expert guidance of Rachel who has curated this tour, and also two amazing local guides.
It is open to anyone over the age of 21. Spaces are strictly limited - for more information regarding the Itinerary and Inclusions/Exclusions - please email amy@thecotour.com
